Print-ready dielines for every cup we make.

Download the PDF for the cup you want to brand, drop your artwork into the print-area box, and send it back with your enquiry. We will produce a free visual mockup before anything goes to print.

Each PDF marks the safe print area for the cup. Open in Illustrator, Photoshop or any PDF reader.

Pint to line
568 ml at the line
For beer, cider, lager and most cocktails. UKCA marked at the legal fill line.
Pint to brim
625 ml to the brim
For soft drinks, mixers and full-pour serves where capacity matters.
Half pint
284 ml at the line
Spirits, wine, prosecco, mixers, hot drinks and tasting serves.
Wine cup
250 ml
Stemless wine cup for outdoor weddings, marquees and VIP hospitality.
Hot drinks
350 ml double-walled
Coffee, tea, mulled wine. Double-walled, lid-compatible.
16oz cocktail
454 ml hi-ball
For long pours, mixed drinks and premium soft drinks.

Design guidelines

A few rules that keep your print sharp.

Vector preferred

Submit artwork as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. Raster files are accepted but need to be 300 dpi at print size.

Outline your fonts

Convert fonts to outlines before sending. Stops font-substitution surprises at production.

Mind the UKCA line

Cups for licensed bars carry a UKCA / CE legal-measure mark moulded into the cup wall. Your artwork must not obstruct it.

CMYK or Pantone

In-Mould Labelling reproduces CMYK builds and Pantone spot colours faithfully. Avoid RGB-only profiles.

Stroke 0.5pt+

Hairline strokes below half a point can drop out during the print process.

Font 6pt+

Anything smaller becomes hard to read once it wraps around the cup wall.
