We mould, print and ship every cup from our Tees Valley factory.
Every cup is moulded, printed and dispatched from Stockton-on-Tees, deep in the Tees Valley industrial heartland. We control the full process end to end, the polypropylene melt, the in-mould labelling, the screen print, the finishing, the warehousing, the courier load. There is no broker chain, no importer, no middle-man margin to feed.
In-house moulding
Our injection-moulding machines run food-grade BPA-free polypropylene 24/7. Every cup is moulded on-site, never imported.
In-Mould Labelling
Full-colour artwork embedded into the cup wall during moulding. No per-colour upcharge, no fading, no peeling across 200+ wash cycles.
UKCA at the line
Every pint, half-pint and two-pint cup carries UKCA + CE legal-measure marks moulded into the cup wall for licensed bar service.
