Cheapest unit price. Most festivals, stadiums and venues lock in pre-season volume on this tier.

Faster turnaround for events booked at sensible notice and reorders where artwork is already settled.

Express

Under 10 working days

Sub-48-hour emergencies are handled by expresscups.co.uk on the same UK production line.

Every tier includes a +2 working day buffer on the latest delivery date to absorb bank holidays and courier variance.

When does my lead time clock start?

Working-day lead times start from artwork sign-off and full payment (or an agreed deposit), whichever comes second. We always confirm the start date in writing on your order confirmation.

Can you guarantee a specific delivery date?

Lead times are estimates. We carry a built-in buffer on every tier and will flag production-side risk before you commit. For genuine sub-48-hour guarantees use expresscups.co.uk.

Do you split deliveries to multiple sites?

Yes. Multi-site splits are common for stadium and venue groups. Quote the addresses in the enquiry notes and we will price the split before confirming.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect on receipt and report visible damage to the courier and to us within 48 hours. Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier; see our terms & conditions for the detail.
